Everybody's experience is going to vary and I guess I had a real high expectation bias given the price and hype. MQA studio verified tracks do sound better to me then amazon hd 16/44.1 files. One poster commented tidal is less fatiguing.Īnd I guess the other deciding factor is the specific tracks you are listening to and what masters are on each service like other posters have commented. ![]() But amazon has more clarity, better imaging and usually better soundstage imo. Either by sound signatures where Tidal usually has more bass, sounds warmer and fuller. I guess it all comes down to personal preference really. Subreddit's theme is /r/Minimaluminiumalism.
